Veterans United and my loan team did awesome in helping me purchase my first home. They made sure to let me know about documents and anything I needed in a timely manner. They made my first home buying process very easy and smooth. Thank you VU and my loan team for all of your help in getting my first ever home.

I'm a vet but didn't qualify for a VA loan because we were buying a second home. So if you're a vet like me I'd just go direct to a lender.

I felt that I was being taken care of any questions I had they answer them broke it down so I can’t comprehend what they are talking about I really appreciate that I feel secure working with Ashley Brown and her team

The process was not efficient, the electronic document system kept losing my information and I would have to fill it out again or re-upload, and it seemed like the loan team assigned to me waited until the last minute to start wrapping up my loan to close. Halfway through the process of closing my loan I regretted the decision of going with my choice. My loan felt like it was being put off to the last minute, and in fact it came down to the last minute. Every new closing document I received after the initial closing document, the cost due at closing increased by a substantial amount of money (thousands of dollars). When looking for my loan I went to Veterans United home page and did an inquire for a loan, I was assigned a team in Missouri. Come to find out there was a local Georgia Veterans United team that would have been a lot easier to work with, a simple radius search from a zip code in the Veterans United home page would have provided me with a team that was closer. The Veterans United teams need to work on not putting things off to the last minute, I provided a 24 hour turn around at most on all to-do-items yet they sat in the document box unreviewed for a week or more sometimes. Maybe this has to do with the lack of employees and having to many loans trying to be process at one time because of the hot market. If a timeline cannot be meet due to the amount work, then that needs to be communicated early and 30 day promises should not be made. If you need more time, it is as simple as communicating that early in the process so things can be adjusted, waiting to the last minute to communicate that the loan might not close puts people out on the street without a house.

I cannot thank you enough.

It was a really nice and supportive experience. I was actually really surprised with how fast the process went. It was not as stressful as I thought it would be.

Veterans United was great during my homebuying experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend any Veteran to purchase home with them.

I would like to thank Veterans United for outstanding service. It was nice to have someone supporting my best interest.

Awesome experience throughout the entire loan process!

Mike was prompt, professional, and courteous. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. There were absolutely no surprises at settlement. An excellent job!

If your in the market for a home Veterans United is where you want to be, the hard work and dedication that they provided me made it such an easy process. I would recommend them to any veteran in search of their dream home

Great Experience!

VU should not be associated with the VA!These people move with a purpose! Within 2 months of starting pre-approval we closed on our home! Everything is laid out in front of you, with explanation, of what you'll need to be a homeowner. Once you're going the boxes check off fast! The hardest part was finding a home. I'll 100% use VU again

Experience first-hand why 340,198 homeowners give us a perfect score!

First, I would love to give VU a complete (10), but nobody’s perfect. I gave them a 9, but really (9.999)!!!
I have to say I was a little skeptical when dealing with companies like these. “The to good too good to be true”. But I took a leap of faith and did. And BOY am I very satisfied. VU is very patient with their clients and follow up with you constant to make sure you are comfortable, and answer questions. I was not where I need to be enabled to qualify, but VU has a team dedicated to help you through the process. I was told what needed to be done and how to do what need to be done to get my pre-approval and stay the course.
If you are not comfortable with real-estate agent, they will find another one. If you have any issues, they will find a solution, if not, they will not sugar coat, and lead you on, we as veterans have done enough and, deserve for a company to be up front with us.
This is what GREAT people with HEARTS of GOLD do for you!!!!!

Joe Choi and his team Lacy Chapman and Randi March made this a very smooth and efficient process. There was great communication taking us through each step. We are very pleased and highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans.
