Our experience was great. Cal Thompson and the whole crew at Veterans United communicated with us at all times. They always let us know when they needed something. They treated us like we were family and our time was valuable and went out of their way to make things happen in order for us to get our home. Lyndsey with Heartland Properties - we couldn't have done it without her hard work and dedication and devotion. She stuck by our side to the end. Her communication with us was awesome. We couldn't be happier and all her team work paid off in the end. The hardest part was saying goodbye to her and Veterans United.

I feel like there was stuff added on last minute and somehow my closing costs ended up being over the amount that I had told them I would not pay. I was not going to purchase if that was the case but was told it would be much less. Difficult time hearing back from my loan officer constantly. So grateful for Sarah and Francie. They were the only part of the process that was enjoyable. Sincerely grateful for both of you!

If you follow the instructions the process will be easier. The team i had was awesome. I thought homeownership was out of reach but the experience of VU made it happen.

Dustin Johnson proved to be the man for the job set before him with myself. From the beginning he was enthusiastic about my prospects of home ownership and throughout the process he was johnny on the spot: email questions where returned quickly and accurately, text messages where responded to in timely fashion, and phone call where answered with respect. Then, when the deal closed Dustin came across as elated as I was to have successfully completed the home buying process.
