I would highly recommend my loan officer Shawn Hall. Very professional and was always there when I needed him with questions or advice. In fact we talked so much throughout the process of my VA home loan that Shawn became a friend. With this tough market I was ready to give up a few times. It was a pleasure dealing with Danny Kliethermes again. Chris Primmer did a great job stepping in to finalize the loan while Danny was out of the office. Jenny Foster was an absolute rockstar coordinating all the documentation I needed, helping me find a new insurance provider to stay under budget, and communicating with me regularly throughout the process. The VU website and app made reviewing and uploading documents a painless process. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Veterans United and I recommend them to any veteran seeking a home loan.
