Unfortunately, I will not use VU again as when it came to closing time, the agreement between us and the seller was changed by VU. The repair hold backs were done by VU, instead of the agreed upon escrow account. Even after closing, it’s been a pain to get our contractors paid by VU.
I was pleasingly surprised. I didn't expect the high level of professionalism and great customer service I received from the Veterans United team. They made the whole process from beginning to closing easy and stress free.
Jeff, Heather, Megan and the rest of the Veterans United group were such a responsible team. They made our best interest, their best interest, by delivering fast results through swift and responsive communication. Not only would I recommend them to my family and friends, I would go as far as to refer this team by names. Thank you all for such a stressless experience.
Less unnecessary emails. At one point I got 5 emails in one day, they were all the same update of the same tasks I needed to complete. I understand files and documents are needed but no reason to be reminded of 5x in one day. Second, it should be common practice to “dumb” down the lingo for first time buyers. I specifically recommend trey as a template for how explanations should go about. He was able to really explain terms and other legalities in a vocabulary that was easy for me to understand. For first time buyers this can be pretty hard to understand. Without Lisa shrum and trey being my main points of contact, it was kept very simple and motivating during the entire process. This current and all future business dealt are purely the result of Trey and Lisa’s hard work.

Andrew , Arron Julian Sami and the whole team have been the best that anyone could work with . With times changing and things getting more complicated this team knows their job and makes it less complicated to get through the process. Went through a hard time losing my wife just a few short months ago, Andre Arron andJulian were very compassionate and understanding even though I was under a lot of stress .
