Having been in the military one of the most important things you learn is to not give up, not to quit and the training I received in the military has carried me throughout my life and allowed me to start my own business 30 years ago and continues to this day.
Hustle, work hard and don’t quit, stay focused. But like most peoples lives there are twists & turns along the way and some are along the more difficult variety and will test your ability to get up and keep going.
My widow maker heart attack in 2017 was one of those events, more than enough to put a person in the I give up category. The category 5 Hurricane Michael the next year just for good measure followed by a full IRS audit right into COVID with an injury auto accident in 2021 of which I’m still recovering from.
I didn’t get thru any of this without the help of other people and I had many days where I didn’t know if I would be able to get to the point where I could be relevant again as a provider for my family let alone get back to some sort of normal like purchase a home!
So for this I am more great full than I can express and I am thankful to you and your team of helpful experts who have worked to put another piece of my life back in place!
Unfiltered? That’s either very bold and very confident. But in a nutshell, I’m happy. I haven’t been this happy in a while thanks to veterans united. Now, I’m looking overhead for the other shoe to drop…lol.

Overall my experience with Jeremy and his team was good. I let them know that I was a first time home buyer and that's why had so many questions. Jeremy stepped in and answered my questions. I appreciate that. Again, the others on his team could have been a little more respective. I felt like I was bothering her.

Overall, our experience with Veterans United was great! We were first time home buyers and when researching the process it felt overwhelming. But Veterans United made the process very stress free and easy to understand. We had a great team with great support. I would like to give a special shout out to our Real Estate Agent, Marvin Coakley. He was a very supportive, listened to our needs, and got us in a great home. I cant thank him enough, we were very lucky to have him.
Overall satisfied with Jake, Nicole, and Natalee as I mentioned above. The only point in the process which I was unsatisfied with was the home insurance that was recommended to me. I did a simple google search and uncovered an ongoing court case that United is involved in for not paying after a hurricane. I was offended that they were recommended to me and would have appreciated some disclosure about this.
I'm so happy that I chose to work with Veterans United to obtain a home loan and to find my dream home, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The team that I was assigned to couldn't have been a better match for me, they were very efficient, very responsive, and were extremely attentive. The portal was so easy to use and made this whole process feel more organized and seamless.
