I think that a realtor selling a property should have to do some research on the HOA, or other rules in place. I was told I could put up a fence for my dogs, and it turns out I can’t. I would not have purchased this property if I would have known this.
In retrospect, it started with curiosity of “what if” and checking out the website. Now, I’m a thankful home owner! If anyone is wanting to get out of renting, take action to your curiosity and transition your family from “Home Sweet Rental” to the blessing of a place called “Home Sweet HOME!” (Thank You to my VeteransUnited Team)
