My calls/texts were always returned in a timely manner. Chris Rohr and his team slowed down and took the time necessary to help me understand what was happening every step of the way. He helped keep my mind at ease through the stresses of buying a home for sale by owner. Let alone my first home. I know at this point in life, I am not the easiest to deal with and he made me feel I was important and valued. I could continue to write and fill this entire slot up with the praises and thanks I have for Chris. For a first time buyer working with Kevin Redmond and his team was a very outstanding and pleasant. I without a doubt will want to work with them again in the future on another home. I didn’t have any issue in particular with my loan team but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend VetUnited to someone. Between the AMC that has to be used and the interest rates/costs that are higher I would have to recommend other companies be used.
