I think Veterans United is a well ran good company. I only have complaints about my realtor. Not informative, lying to my face, not answering my questions. I give Michele a 1 just because I cant give her a 0. Please dont use her, she is not a good realtor. She is my only complaint.
Terrible experience due to poor communication, maybe too many hands in the same cookie jar.

Veterans united made my home buying process a breeze. With caring team members that helped me with every step of the process, they took of lot of the stress of home buying off my shoulders.
Communication was not all that great. As a first time buyer did not understand or was told all the in and out. Also had to fight with every charge and get thing reduced with out much gudieance
This was our first time purchasing a home and were overwhelmed coming into it. The way Ryan and his team broke down everything into a step by step process helped put us at ease. Everyone was proactive in moving our process along. Got us to close in a very fast 22 days. Was amazed with the level of care they offered to my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend Veterans United to any one that will listen.
Becareful of the home inspection. The VA isn't required to review them. As a result, a person could end up with major issues as I discovered recently. I ended up with as is home with major repairs. I wasn't anticipating. Perhaps the VA Could communicate with the Veteran that they don't review or is it a requirement to do so. Before or during the process.
I would like to thank everyone at Veterans United for all the hard work they put in to help me and my son get our house. My loan officer Mike Kane is an outstanding individual and provided top shelf service from the moment I reached to him until we closed on the home. Again, thank you Veterans United!!!!!
