Our Veterans United team provided us with "EXCELLENT" service! Primarily for their efficient online application process. For example, we were able to upload many varied loan supporting documents for our application. Secondly, this portal has an easy to-do check list, with features to review our loan documents which enabled us to move forward in a very timely matter. The staff (Tanya Au, Hawaii - Jenny Love, Missouri - Tere'sa Miguel, Missouri) were all fully & professionally engaged in assisting us throughout our loan process efficiently and successfully!
