Everyone is very helpful and very courteous
I started getting confused on who was who. I had 3 people that were my loan agents. Which one was I supposed to talk to. If I asked a question anyone of the 3 would answer but I think it would be better to talk to just one person.
Veterans United and my loan officer, Mystle Schellhorn, worked very diligently to make sure every detail of the loan process was properly taken care of and air tight. I cannot thank them enough for all of their effort.
