The team did a wonderful job in helping us and was there for us during the whole process. There were numerous people on our side to make sure we found the home we wanted and wanted to be in. The process of communicating through email, text messaging, and calling was very effective. I loved how the team was in a group message and when I had a concern, I could message the team and get an answer without having to wait on one person. Veterans United made this an enjoyable experience and took the load of all the back end work off of my spouse and I so that we could concentrate on finding the home that best suited our needs. I was so impressed with the personalized gift set that they sent me for my dogs. That I was speechless and bought to tears because someone was paying attention to me yelling at me at my dog's that they got my dog's names and sent me personalize doggy dishes for my dogs.
