My team was awesome. I applied for a loan with the builder in April 2022. I gave them every document requested in a timely manner. They gave me a closing date for July 25th. Over 90 days passed with no word from the lender. I contacted them on July 10th and learned that they did not approve my loan and needed more info. I provided it. Finally I asked to be released from the lender to obtain funding elsewhere. They did and I contacted Mark. He still had me in the system from a previous mortgage in 2015. He requested the usual documents and Lord behold, after a few days in underwriting I found myself at the settlement table two weeks later. Mark assigned me a whole team, they stood by my side and worked tirelessly on my behalf. All veterans in search of mortgage financing need not look any further than Veterans United.
