As you know we had the worst experience through this process. It started off going very well and in the end things went down hill. The communication from moving to one state to another and not realizing you have to have a new job , even though you were prequalified on your current job. Our realtor has never dealt with the kind of demands and wording specific. We also have bought 6 homes and have never had this kind of experience. Buying a home should be a happy exciting time, not a stressful nightmare!

VU is a great organization. The buy process was smooth and simple. I do with I knew about the app sooner. Dave and his team were quick with responses to all questions along with requests from me to finish the purchase of my home.
Other team players who worked behind the scenes or stepped in to assist when Alea was busy were, Miguel, Brandy, and Brittany. As well as Ms. Rodriguez, Front Desk. They never complained or showed any negative demeanor during our encounters.
How do you sum up the performance of such a team like the one Kyle, Ashley and Evan have formed. This process for us was one in which we had no idea what we were doing when we decided we wanted to buy a home. Kyle and his team took us through step by step and told us what to expect each step of the way. They were upfront and honest in their approach. Most importantly my wife and I felt like Kyle genuinely cared about our dream to buy a home. Our situation and other extenuating circumstances posed numerous challenges for the team but they worked diligently and quickly to resolve them and move us forward another step closer to home ownership! We are now happy and our family has the house we always dreamed of thanks to Kyle and his team!! Thank you Kyle and Veterans United!!
Look, they got the job done.Don't give them any secondary contact info, because their system confuses the team members and they will not respond well to requests to use your preferred contact information. Just give them the phone number and email you want them to use.That being said, it's two months in and my tracking service says they have not sold my information and I have no increases in spam on any of my analytics. So at least you can trust them with you info.
