Fantastic customer service. It may not have been the lowest rates, but it was such a user friendly process for a first time home-buyer. Between all the educational videos, the clear and easy to use portal, the constant availability of the loan team in a group chat, care packages with hand-written notes...I was blown away! The entire team was so wonderful and helpful to work with. I always felt taken care of and felt comfortable to ask questions. When issues arose, they ensured it was taken care of.
