I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.
The only problem that I consistently saw was a lack of continuity between staff members. I would often be asked to do something by one and then again and again by others.
The Team that I was assigned went above and beyond for me. They made sure that not only I had everything I needed but also kept me informed and motivated. I am truly grateful to have had an amazing team. I will never forget them as they have truly changed my life.

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days.
