Very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and went smoothly as possible even in the face of a abrasive seller with numerous unreasonable tactics that could have derailed closing but, thanks to the Veterans United team working closely with the title company, we closed as scheduled and had a very Happy Halloween!

Andrew was a very attentive and available help throughout the entire home buying process. He availed himself often and in ways others from other lending companies hadn’t.The only reason I didn’t rate VU a 10 is because the amount that we were told would be credited to us from VU changed significantly at closing.

Aaron was a Top Notch Loan Officer who took the time to make sure I understood the loan process and how it would progress . He checked in and answered any questions and reassured me when I became anxious.
