She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance.
Kelly, my loan coordinator, was amazing as well! She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything moving, and our closing ended up being moved up, which meant so much to our family.

The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home. I was given a good solid understanding of things so that I was confident and comfortable with my decision once it came to closing on a home! I am very grateful to the team I worked with!

We received such personal attention every step of the way. We have moved many times and had many home loans and I can honestly say that working with Daniel and his team was like working with friends. They gave us such personal attention. Half way through the process we received a gift in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise. After moving in and the process was all over we received another gift in the mail. It was so unexpected. I continue to get e-mails to assist me with setting up automatic withdrawal and keep up on line with my account. Matthew Reehl was the most amazing loan officer I could ever ask for. Cool, calm and collected. He knows exactly what to do like a 30 year pro. He made the process super simple and easy .
And his counter part Jared did his thing as well. These are the perfect due to work with when your looking for a new home. I can't say anything negative at all about these guys. To add to it they paired me with the greatest of all time realtor Mrs. Diana Jones . Man this woman is the exclamation mark. Amazing.. she knows her job and she is super committed to making your dreams come true. Literally working until 2am and sending documents over for me to sign. She is remarkable. Madison was very honest i.e. she didn't lead me on by saying I could get approved for more than my budget would allow just to get me to use them. She also answered every question in a very timely manner.
The whole process from getting approval to closing on our house was incredibly easy. Working with Veterans United was such a positive experience and helped to put all of our worries as ease. Our Loan Officer was extremely informative and always positive when we spoke. She always went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Even though we didn't need to, I still watched all of the videos on the VU website about the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend watching those even if you've bought a house before! I can't imagine using a different loan company. An absolute 5 star experience!!
