The whole process from getting approval to closing on our house was incredibly easy. Working with Veterans United was such a positive experience and helped to put all of our worries as ease. Our Loan Officer was extremely informative and always positive when we spoke. She always went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. Even though we didn't need to, I still watched all of the videos on the VU website about the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend watching those even if you've bought a house before! I can't imagine using a different loan company. An absolute 5 star experience!!

They work well with you to get you set up for the future in your new home. They will walk you through every step of the process and will answer any and all questions you have. I purchased my house after the holidays and before and during the holidays my team of specialist worked hard to make sure I got in my home after the new year!
I honestly didn't know what to expect coming into this process, I just knew I would like to own a home. It is unbelievable how the whole experience felt so effortless. I feel like the team worked very well together and made me feel taken care of. They were super transparent throughout the entire process. Our whole team was patient with us. Kollin and Andrew not only tolerated all of our stupid questions, but encouraged us to ask more. They handled everything very professionally and respectfully. I feel like they actually cared about us as people. By the time we closed on our new house, i feel like i made friends. They were very sympathetic and comforting during the loss of our daughter while waiting to close on our home and made us feel like buying our house was something we didn't have to stress about because they were handling everything. First off, VU with Kendall worked with me to keep a quote open until we could find a place for us. It took 10 months. Kendall texted every month or more, kind of irritating, him rubbing it in I didn't have a house yet. However, the commitment was obviously there. Once we did have a place we were in contract with, Kendall and Adrienne and Candace worked with us to get it through smoothly, better than was expected. Thank you to you all!
