




I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.


Working with the Veterans United Team led by Jeff Gilkerson was a great experience. No surprises and very professional!.



This was absolutely a great experience working with Veterans United. The hardest part of the process was actually finding a house, and it took place while we are in Germany ensuring that we have our own home yo move in to when we get back to the United States 10 out of 10 would recommend

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.

Overall, I would not recommend Veterans United. This is my second VA loan, not a good experience!

First home buying experience. Wasn’t expecting it when the time came because it was 6 months ahead of schedule. The team worked with me step by step. Found out home and closed within a month. Still trying to get over the excitement

This is our third home purchase and our loan with VU was the smoothest of any of them. Would highly recommend them for your VA loan!
