Everything was great my team kept me informed start to finish





I found the home buying experience with Veterans United to be very simple. When I had questions they were answered immediately. The market for the home that I purchased was very competitive and required prompt action to make it happen. They were right here every step of the way. I also found their interest rates to be competitive.

Tony did not make the home assumption easy. The emails were unprofessional and he didn’t address my questions unless I pushed for phone conversations which were difficult because of time difference. I would never recommend VU due to my experience.

This was our 2nd time using Veterans united and both times everything was so fast and smooth.

The VA app was great. So easy to check the to do list and submit the required information. Reviewing all the documents was also much more convenient with the app. The team was great to work with. Any of our questions or concerns were handled quickly. We are very satisfied with the process and how quickly we were able to get the loan and have the closing.

Our experience was easy and stress free from start to finish. We 100% recommend working with Veterans United.

Those concerned about the time frames of a VA loan need not to worry. I know experiences may vary, but my entire process; from getting my pre-approval was 35 days. That is including things that were out of Veterans United's control. Otherwise the timeframes could have possibly been even less. Thank you again Chrystal Franks, her team, and Veterans United.

There were a couple of last minute transcript and paperwork request that I had to take off during my work day to get done in time. These could have been addressed earlier. I notified everyone involved that I work out of town when this process started. I had to have my laptop shipped overnight to me because I was in another state. That was not cheap. But we got it done. I just wanted to note this is all. Otherwise everything was good to go!

These folks are fantastic!!!
