It was a very quick surprise and very very smooth. If I had a question on Saturday and texted the chat Sam or Cooper would anwser and will get back to me on Monday and when Monday did they sure did get back to me. They wanted to anwser any and all my questions and I was happy that Sam’s team were able to anwser my questions and ask if there was anything more they can do. Thank you Bailey for internet help! I really enjoyed the setup of the website. We were able to get information and send documents with ease. We knew exactly what step we were on and what to expect. The loan team was always there with a quick answer for any and all questions we had.
