Fantastic Team Effort
It was a great experience going through veterans United for refinancing my house. We were assisted by Jay Christman and Kristine Wilder who were extremely professional and made the process less stressful . I definitely recommend Veterans United.
I highly reccommend if you want a home loan buying process that is "High speed, low drag". I would definitely do it again.

Everything went very smoothly and I appreciated some of the concierge offerings. The agents and specialists were all very helpful and not worn down. Always able to return a call or answer any questions I had.My only downside was that the underwriting had forgotten to add the transfer tax to the closing costs until literally the last day, adding an additional 50% to my total closing costs which is HUGE. If this were local to Vermont only, I could maybe understand, but this is done in the vast majority (minus 13 states) of the country. The closing costs were very important to me since they were where all my money went!Otherwise, no other problems communicating, getting a hold of anyone, and I dealt with fairly happy people the whole time!
