Over all everyone on this team did an amazing job and as a first time home buyer I can’t thank them enough for making this probably one of the least stressful decisions I’ve ever made.
Our entire loan team (officer, coord, concierge etc) was communicative. We never felt alone in the process and always knew at what step we were at. Our questions were answered immediately. Referral to our realtor was great as well. Just over all made the home buying experience easy! There were plenty of opportunities to leave and take advantage of other closing cost offers but we ultimately stayed because they made the process so easy and with low stress. Trust us….that alone is worth it!
All veterans when looking for a home give veterans untied a call and they will go above and beyond to get you in your home!!
I took a chance and was truly and happily surprised. I have already started recommending them to my friends and family.
I was not happy with the choice of the appraiser and or his appraisal. It was a waste of time and money.
My husband is a veteran and I can honestly say VETERANS UNITED made him & us feel like he was important. They did everything they could to help.
Waited 60 days to do paperwork. Then asked for more paperwork. With a 75 day close. Very unprofessional.

By far the best loan experience I've ever had. Felt cared for as a person, not just a customer. They went above and beyond to help me after a rough financial experience, and came through so I could get the home we wanted.
On a whim, I decided to check to see where my wife and I were at when it came to buying a house. From the initial contact I knew this team was something special. Everyone on the team was very supportive and would call periodically just to see how our home search was going and to see if we had any questions that we needed answered about the entire process. So many thanks to Justin, Laura, Patricia, and the rest of the team at Veterans United for making us feel like we were special. If we decide to purchase another house in the future, they will be the first contact to start the process again.
