The Veterans United Team was fantastic from day one! With a difficult market to navigate we never felt lost or adrift. When we settled on a new construction we knew it would be a long road with a lot of waiting. During the nearly 6 months it took to complete the build VU was there to walk us through the checklist and prepare for closing. After such a long wait it was a HUGE relief to have a quick and hassle-free closing process. We all know that home buying can be a stressful time, stretch that out over half a year and it can really weigh on you. Fortunately, the VU Team took a lot of that stress off our shoulders by keeping in constant communication, driving other parties to goals, and providing fast and sound advice. As expected the team was engaged and active during the days leading up to closing, but I think the highlight of the Veterans United experience is how engaged they are from the beginning and not just the end.Our Realtor was recommended by VU and went out of his way to take pictures of the build in progress so that my wife could document it in scrapbooks. With us being 1,000 miles away this wouldn't have been possible without his unsolicited support. Our house was not a short drive from where I think he typically works, and yet he made it a point to drive out to our house every couple weeks to get updates (even as Gas prices soared).

Veteran's United truly meant our needs. Another mortgage company quoted us a higher interest rate and failed to tell us that interest rates had dropped. Veteran's United quoted us the lower rate from the beginning. The loan officers made sure the refinance process ran smoothly. We were always in contact with the loan officers via phone and email. We could even text them, amazing right. I definitely recommend Veteran's United to anyone. Ask for Bobbie Hafford to be your loan officer, you will not be sorry!
