You have to pay attention to details and stay on top of all details.
The inspector used for the process missed many issues with the home. The one that was caught, he charged to come back and inspect. He should not have been permitted to charge for taking care of his mistake. The day of closing I was assisting a contractor with a several plumbing issues including one major one that should have been caught previously.
Craig and his team are outstanding. Shout out to Rain as she was instrumental in helping me get all the requirements performed and documents uploaded. Thanks again Veterans United!
As a veteran who just successfully went through the home buying process with Veterans United, I can't recommend them enough. They should be your first choice when choosing a lender, they do everything right, and their staff is the best.
