Hannah and her team helped us through the entire process and they was very knowledgeable with every aspect of the home buying adventure.
I guess if I had to make one suggestion it’s simply the fact that when you buy a house Virtually It’s easy to miss little details about a house. We relied heavily on the Realtor for being our boots on the ground and and they did an exceptional job of it addressing any concerns or questions we had there are still things that we missed about the house. That is however the nature of virtually buying a home especially in a sellers market. So my suggestion would be and I wish I would’ve thought of this before but probably would’ve been very helpful is as we are virtually walking through a house with the realtor that is also recorded and that recording can be sent to the buyer who can review it over and over again to pick out anything that may have been missed during that initial walk-through.
I would like to also recognize Gina, Misty, and Joshua(VU ADT). For also assisting with this process. They all surpassed my expectations. Veterans United is definately one place I know that their clients are taken care of because of these individuals. This is the most amazing expierience i have ever had. This is my seceond home to buy and was so much less stressfull than my 1st experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you havr done to give my family a wonderful and safe home.

Great experience. Was overall an easy process. Underwriting got a little difficult. Communications fell through here and there. But at no fault to my loan team. They were very informative and were great. Couldn’t be happier with our home.
