It's only the 3 month rule of the termite inspection being expired when California allows 4 months... and being really picky on items needing fixing when it is hard enough to get a Veteran a home in a sellers market as the Bay Area mostly is. Flawless absolutely amazing process
VU did above and beyond what was required. They kept us informed at all times and provided timely reminders for needed data. Everyone at VU was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.
My advice is to use Veterans United and don't go somewhere else for a lender. My wife and I did and had awful experience before coming to VU. Veterans United is everything your looking for in a lender and more.
