Due to an unusual circumstance with a seller backing out of a contract with 7 days left before close of escrow, we had to find another home asap. Mr. Pitts and team worked hard and fast to close on another home before we had to vacate our old home we had already sold. Enough cannot be said about Mr. Pitts and team.
