Veterans United is staffed by people who have a family oriented approach, and that is always a breath of fresh air. The day of the closing we even got a surprise gift from our finance officers team, we were amazed how thoughtful everyone was.
They made the process quick and easy with extremely fast turn around times! Not an ounce of issues!
I would recommend Veterans United to my friends and family because Joe Choi and his team were fantastic though out the entire process. I was with another loan company before and I didn't feel my mortgage was safe with them so I came back to Veterans United Home Loans and lowered my rate and payments. I will stay with them from now on out.
