I had a great experience from start to finish with VU. To be honest, I had tried using them 5 years ago and I went with another lender back then. However, I’m glad I gave them another chance for this new purchase! I was able to complete almost everything through their app, the POCs were extremely responsive and always willing to call, their rates were competitive with all the big banks, and most importantly they remained flexible with all the ups and downs of home buying. Overall the picture to closing was amply laid out by the team at Veterans United. At times I felt I could be doing more but my team had it already completed.
