My experience with Veterans United has been positive from the beginning! When I decided to buy a home (and this is a first for me) I thought the process would be long and tedious, but I was wrong! Good service and communication
Everyone was so pleasant to work with. They asked for documents, I didn't hesitate and got them what they needed. We closed on our home very quickly and easily. All of my questions were answered and they made the process so very easy. Still don't want to buy another home any time soon, but will definitely use Veterans United Home Loans again!
From start to finish a great experience! We wanted to deal with a local person we could see face-to-face, and Veterans United delivered with their San Antonio office. Several people there helped us often to get all of our forms completed and tasks done to move things along for loan approval, and eventual closing. Miguel and Alyssa in particular were available and responsive at all times. We would recommend Veterans United wholeheartedly!
I cannot say enough good about Veterans United!
