Everyone at Veterans United was the absolute best. It can be a very daunting series of tasks buying a home, especially in today's market, however VU made it seem easy. At every step we always felt we were the company's number one priority. I would recommend VU to every one of my veteran friends because I know they will be cared for!
Everyone worked hard on our deal. Even when Tonya was out for a couple days the others stepped in and made sure everything was handled!
Jake Hanson and Brooke Doolittle were absolutely amazing. On top of everything, I was informed right away about any changes, new docs, everything. This is our 1st house, too, so it was definitely an amazing experience.

Our team was EASILY the best VU Team around, hands down. When one lender told my family our situation was impossible, Sam and her Team said “WATCH THIS”- and had us closed on our dream home in under 30 days. They held our hands through the entire process, encouraged us along the way, sent us e-gift cards to grab a coffee on one of our more difficult days, and when we got the the closing finish line- they sent the most personal closing gift that we felt was totally specific to each member of our family. Personal touches and incredible communication through every part of the process with this team, start to finish. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back.
