overall, it's ok. loan coordinator changed like 3 times. loan officer went on vacation. and then the VA delays. was going to give a 6 stars, but then again, i understand things do come up.

The home buying experience with Veterans United was very easy. They put me in touch with a really good real-estate agent and they followed us through the entire process.
Communication was lacking. Veterans United stated they were sending weekly emails about items that were missing but I only ever received 1 email. This email was 4 days before closing. I had to rush to get closed
