Every other lender swore up and down that it couldn’t be done using a VA loan; Phil and his team were confident and on the ball. I would not recommend anyone use this service, the lack of communication was ridiculous and when I did finally receive communication it also conflicting and someone messing something up. I waited a few days after closing to see if anyone would follow up to see how everything worked out and guess what, no one did. I did a wire transfer for one amount but my final CD was different, where is my difference in funds or at least some type of communication regarding it?! I will never, ever, use this service nor recommend. As a first time homebuyer, this was the worst experience.
