I would also like to commend my loan coordinator, Thomas Hall, for his professionalism. He was very helpful in the loan process, explaining the types of documents he needed and why he needed them. He had a great personality and it was a pleasure working with him.

When I first started the process as a first time homebuyer I was very skeptical and nervous. The first loan officer I received was not a good fit for me . Overall, I think this could be a good company to work with, but I feel that my loan specialist did not want to put the work into certain things.

I really really wish that the website had an auto save feature because I have more than once type something out we loaded something and have the page time out and not save. This just happened right now while I was typing out my comments.
