- The my VU page struggled uploading docs. Often received errors or notice system was not available when uploading docs.
- Need for more flexibility in the Closing process, so closing can start earlier on different day vs the actual day the buyer signs. Found the process a bit confusing and disorganized and as a result rushed. Loan amounts and cash to closing was unclear until
- Redundant process of wet signing previously e-signed loan docs (more than few copies) of same document during closing.
-Competitors are needing less documents to start and complete loan app. Less time and less tedious. Since they are pulling employment and salary, financials data without needing to submit hard copy docs for each.
