This was my 3rd home purchase in my life and by far the easiest. The website with being able to upload your documents, perform the “To Do’s” and electronically sign documents was awesome. Closing took about 20 minutes. The closing representative at the title company kept mentioning how impressed she was with the “small stack” of paper needed to sign to complete this real estate transaction. Every thing about Veterans United was easy to work with. I didn’t have to do much at all to refinance my home. Every one you tak to was friendly.
I am grateful for how easy the process was even when we came across difficulties with the appraisal of the home and what was needed to be done to the home to make it safe to live in veterans United was clear and communicated the problems well so you understood. My real estate agent went above and beyond to make sure those issues were taken care of and that I was able to only have to do limited work towards fixing these issues so I could focus on my job and not be overly preoccupied with trying to finish the process of buying the home.
