The VA inspector used for my closing, was rude and inconsiderate to the rest of the professionals involved. He did not show up for a followup appointment, then came when he wanted to the following day and took over 24 hours to turn in his report snd did not even use updated photos. Truly very unprofessional!
Professionalism was there, kept me in the loop at all times and kept the ball moving.
I would recommend her.
Veterans United Home Loans should be an example for all home lenders to follow. It's very easy to perceive that regular banks and lenders do not have your best interest at heart. With VU home loans you get a feeling of what the VA loans were meant to accomplish. I couldn't in good conscience recommend the military for all young people, but I CAN most definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loans for ALL qualified veterans!

This was my second time using Veterans United for a VA home loan. My experience was great yet again. Their communication was consistent and timely. The process was very east and simple. Buying a home in New York is difficult due to all of the archaic laws, but Veterans United did all of the heavy lifting for us. I will definitely use Veterans United again when I retire and move from New York.
