Veterans United is top notch when it come to process and straight forwardness. Absent my title issue, that I did not know about, the process would have been smooth and quick.
Even with the issue, Rob worked with me to resolve the issue and my home was refinanced. They could have easily walked away, but stayed the course and everything worked out.

would highly recommend was easy and painless, I wish the other houses we bought would have gone like this. They make you feel like a person and not a number. Gives you one less thing to worry about and get this they get back to about any questions you have, like right away. There was one time Tyler didn't return my call till later in the afternoon and when he did, he apologized for being in meetings most of the day. Let's see a bank do that!! I did contact the bank I deal with here, but the loan officer was cold and was kind of a dick. You are a fool if you don't work with these folks, it does take a little longer to process but the job is done right the first time and well worth the wait, A little info and some paperwork and they take care of the rest. 5+ stars
