Nicole Culbertsonand her team are outstanding. ( Thanks to you also Justina)My only point would be. That the process of payoff to other financial institutions is to my belive antiquated. No way to track payments until the other institutions actually processed the payments.
To my understanding this is not a Veterans United issue. If this is so, they should monitor who they do business with and their processes.Thank you for your service and support!
