My experience with Veterans United has been completely amazing! Especially considering that I found them after getting denied by my primary financial institution. They managed to not only get my wife and I approved for a homeloan but also managed to nearly keep our original close date we had with the first lender. It was literally only 1 day's difference between when we closed with Veterans United vs the original close date we would've had. My Loan Officer, Derek and his team has been completely phenomenal! Everyone was great with listening to what we needed, and what was important to us. They were great with keeping in touch throughout every step of the process! They did great making us feel important and like we mattered. Everyone was completely respectful and a joy to get to know. Their customer service was truly unparalleled! I would have only wanted more information or guidance on monthly payments and possible down payments. Maybe a breakdown of closing costs. Otherwise, everything went smoothly!
