Communication between those who initiate the loan and those that complete the loan. If there are any needs or anything that needs to be communicated to the customer, the customer should not be the one asking questions to get things moving.
The entire team was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist us through through process. While the process seemed daunting the team ensured all of our questions were answered in a timely manner and didn't rush us through any phase. Great people and we greatly appreciate their assistance!
