As stated above, I can not imagine buying a home with any other company as this process was flawless with Veterans United Home Loans. Documents requested, information provided, clear to close completed, and happiness achieved. This was my first home and I will definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loans to all Veterans attempting to purchase a home.

My application for a VA loan was on a home in the early stages of construction. Veterans should not apply for a VA loan on new construction until within 30 days of a confirmed closing date by the builder. Approval of a mortgage loan is contingent upon the lender having an Appraisal completed on the property and this cannot be accomplished until construction is complete on the property. Also, the buyer of the property must sign that he/she has reviewed the Appraisal within three days of closing. So, veterans buying new construction should not begin the mortgage loan process too early.

I am truly blessed to have been given the opportunity to deal with such professionals as Kindra Brockheimer, Meliss Logston, and Lucas. Lucas was constantly calling me with updates and if you want to have a smooth transition use the above mentioned people. I am a Marine Veteran and you should definitely use you benefits that you have earned if you served and are eligible for a VA loan.
