I would certainly recommend Veterans united to anyone wanting an easy step by step process and very wonderful experience in the home ownership process. This was our 2nd loan with them and they didn't disappoint.
Sarah Stoll was outstanding. She kept us on track with document reminders but approached it in a way that didn't shame us for forgetting a document or two. Very lovely to work with.
I have used Veterans United two times, both were excellent experiences. The first Was a by owner and VU did a great job guiding me through the process. The second was a new build with an agent and a somewhat difficult builder. Both closed in 30 days!
Thank you VU I appreciate the perks of the VA loan that helped me purchase my first home, and help complete a lifelong dream I never thought possible before you guys put it in motion. This was the best experience I've had as a Veteran, and I would recommend this group a thousand times over again. I'm sure that there are other groups or loan teams that rival this one, however, I will always revere this group as the best one. With that said thank you to VU and all who has contributed that I didn't mention, or didn't know was involved, this process wasn't as strenuous as I thought it would be.

We were struggling with a previous lender, Veterans United did more in 15 days than our previous did in 2 months, Veterans United kept us informed, there website is so easy for a dinosaur like me to navigate. We closed very close to our estimated date, our previous lender we were on our 5the closing extension, that did not happen with Veterans United, you could do far worse than use Veterans United.
