I would like to make it clear that there was one person on our “team” That was helpful, always available, and always honest and open regarding any questions we had during the financing process. This person was Dena Singh. Had she not been a part of this loan process we would have dropped his entire process and went with another private lender. She is an asset, and I would strongly suggest treating her as such. She is the only person who kept this loan viable for us.

At the beginning of the process when starting to look it would have been nice to have a list of the documents that would be required to complete the purchase.

My only frustration throughout the process was the time it took Sarah to respond to emails. She was great when she responded, but I sometimes felt like I was left hanging.
