I don’t see a reason to choose any other company. There is no need. Everything is done in house; the respect for my service and personal time was top notch; and these people really go above and beyond for us. It would be foolish to find any other company to help you out with buying a home.

I never knew that the VA loan was so user-friendly and Andy Miller just walked me through it step by step. His whole team is just fantastic to work with. They were connected to both realtors and even my friend who was helping me.
It was one of the most rewarding programs to go through. I felt like a superstar. Everyone literally waited on me hand in foot in their specific expertise. I was always kept abreast of every step, possibility, and risk(s). I had a horrible credit score. I took advantage of the pandemic and cleaned up my credit. Well I am a homeowner is all that I have to say. It could not have occurred without The Jah Team 🥰. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We, for the life of us, don’t know why we never applied for a VA loan before, and are so glad we did this time. I must say that from start to finish ( pre-approval to closing), VU’s process steps are seamless and efficient. Their client portal for communicating was our “go-to” for status updates. Most importantly, they made sure that we had a manageable number of people to contact, such as our loan officer and our home buying concierge who helped us stay on track with “to-dos” along the way. Obviously for us, the transparency and team approach worked well!
