I am concerned that the appraisal company did not do a fair appraisal on my home. Other than that, Jeremy, Rebekah (Bekah) and Jayme are the Dream Team! Thank you guys for helping me through "hell." My loan closed in less than 30 days! And I promise you, everything that could have gone wrong, DID! If you have concerns, just trust these professionals to help. They know what they are doing and if they don't, they will find out! I can't thank them enough.
Everything was great besides dealing with the insurance part. They only gave me one insurance company to choose from so I asked about another company since I was told they could compare others that I knew of also, but the woman I delt with wouldn't. If I wanted to compare any other insurance companies I have to try and provide the companies with all the information they needed to the best of my knowledge and get my own quotes and compare them myself. But like I said that was the only bad part everything else was great.

If you’re a veteran please use veteran united do yourself a favor .. Ik buying a house isn’t a small deal but working with them also makes it no big deal either .. they work with u even offered alternative methods if I were to be short on closing cost please deal with them before you go to local agencies around your city if your veteran please ..
