Just absolutely hands-down, the best. When we were signing the house, they kept complementing our team and wish that everybody could just work and be smooth as you guys were. This is my third house buying with you guys and this is by far my fastest smoothest evolution. I guess you would say thank you so much.

Nothing is ever easy, but the process was smooth, thanks to the team, especially Dylan!
God bless you all and thank you again.

Overall, great buying experience.

Veterans United Home Loans is an outstanding agency that does an excellent job.

10/10 will forever use you guys

Everyone from the loan team to our agent was amazing. Incredible patient and understanding, the communication they had was clean and daily. Without them I wouldn’t have our house we call home. Truly lucky and blessed to have worked with this team.

I would like to say that from start to finish the Team at VU made me feel like I was family, not just another home seeker. They went the extra mile to make sure we received the finest home buying experience possible. The warm feeling my fianc

Jessica is the REAL MVP. Our reality of owning our dream home was made possible by her outstanding competence and dedication to us as a military family. Working across time zones and being responsive despite our international travel and hectic work schedules, she advocated for us, answered all our questions, worked closely with our realtor, addressed our concerns and ultimately made it all happen. She is, in a word, a blessing. And she’s got a great sense of humor, to boot! We couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer.

If anyone needed to use their VA Loan benefits, Veterans United would be the first place I would tell them to go! Thank you for everything!

Our decision to work with Veterans United was simply the best due to our personal loan specialist Jimmy Stranz with the help of Josh Carlyon and Ashley Black, or as we call them "The Dream Team"!! From the very beginning we had constant contact with everyone through emails and phone calls and never felt that we were bothering them, which was very comforting when you are moving half way across the country and are already feeling isolated.
They made us feel confident and took some of the worry and stress away by guiding us through every turn!! Our only regret is that they live far away from us and we would love to pay them a visit with a huge hug and thank you for setting us on a path to our rest of forever!!!
Thank you VU and Dream Team for everything!!

Overall I have been very pleased with how the process has turned out. It was a very stressful process but we all got through it. I will definitely recommend Veterans united to my friends and family.

My home buying team were all very attentive. If I had any concerns they had answers within 24 hours or less.

Our loan took FAR too long to complete, two months to the day. This is our third VA loan and never have I experienced the low level of organization, or ability to read pain English when things were explained to them. Was told by Travis the appraisal fee had been waived and then he denied saying that. Was also told by Travis that the requirement to have our current house rented before we closed, he made a special call to tell me that, then denied it. He was that due to their lack of organization our closing date was changed so many times,v it was hard to have it rented by closing. Our original closing date was Januaary 9 and we didn't close until February 20! They acted like i was not being truthful. There was a mistake by the listing agent bin regard to the year the manufactured home was built, which resulted in a very pointed comment by Dawn alluding that I intentionally provided the wrong year, and it also resulted in having to scramble for insurance at the last minute. Totally avoidable. There are far too many examples to list here if the nonsense we went through. The entire process was beyond stressful. Whatever Lee Satler went, he needs to come back. I never have been spoken to or writren to in the manner I was between Dawn and Travis.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Andrew,
I’m really sorry your loan process took so long and was filled with so much frustration. Two months is a long time to be dealing with delays and miscommunication, and I can only imagine how exhausting that must have been—especially since this isn’t your first VA loan. It’s disappointing to hear that you felt unheard and that there were conflicting messages along the way. That’s not the kind of experience we want for our borrowers, and I completely understand why this left you feeling frustrated.
I’d really like for my team to look into what happened here and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right. If you’re open to it, please reach out at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to learn from your experience.
