I made an account in August 2024 I believe, and the team had me pre approved some time in February. By May 7, 2025 I officially closed on my first home. I was very pleased with such professional service I received during the home purchasing process. This was a much more better experience that I had received from other loan companies. Everyone made sure I was on track and didn't hit a bump and the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed during the entire process. Mark was truly great.
