Veterans United is a thorough and expedient process that makes the VA lending experience very smooth. I’ve used other lenders in the past where it seemed like we could t get any feedback and time frames were constantly pushed back.Veterans United has been touted a one of the highest rated VA lenders online and our experience only confirmed those reviews.
Overall it was a good experience. However it seemed we were being passed along to different people at times without knowing. We understand everyone has a specific job but just seemed a lot. Everyone was very friendly and even received a couple of calls from people when they were at home.
