Great overall
Being in Hawaii, some of the partners are located on the mainland so the time difference makes some processes a little more difficult. For example, my concierge was located in Missouri and the security company was located in Washington so I received a few phone calls REALLY early in the morning because they weren't aware that I was in a different time zone, apparently.
This was not my first home purchase and I can say that Veterans United is the best. They put together a team that looks after all of your needs and are very active and involved. It isn't just a loan specialist. They have someone looking after every detail right down to scheduling trash for you at your new home. They leave no stone unturned and go out of their way to make sure you are kept updated about the process and where you are at in it. Veterans United's web portal is user friendly as well as informative, allowing you to track your progress as well as see what your team is doing for you.
