I really enjoyed having multiple members of the veterans United team helping along the way, I won’t single out one person but the only negative thing I have to say is try remembering although it is business and numbers on your side, you have to stay personal to help people out like me that have no idea on how the process works and not everyone is 100% financially ready to buy a home and just needs a more positive response to hiccups along the way. Make the relationship side of things a little more personal to help ease the minds of buyers even if it’s not gonna work out somehow. Make positive feedback and plans for the future. Don’t make buyers feel guilty or lower if certain aspects of the goals for buying a home don’t match up with the numbers and guidelines of buying. Find positives in every step of the way and it will help the confidence of home buyers to really commit! Thank y’all so much for helping me buy my family’s first home!
