Awesome they finally finished but honestly for my first home buying experience, this was awful. The joy was taken away from this experience and I'm more mad than anything. Just go to a different company it will be more worth it.

Veterans United is not just a Mortgage Company. There are realtors, movers, utilities concierge, insurance brokers etc. They all work together to make the process as painless as possible and strive to find you the best deal for you. They communicate with each other taking the stress out of the process for you. They also keep you in the loop every step, mine was long distance so we did it online and through text, message and phone calls. Their Website is very user friendly and you can follow the process there. Overall it was a great experience.

I can’t say enough AMAZING Things about John and my entire VU team!!! I was a first time home buyer and John, Kristina, and Joe made sure everything ran beyond smoothly for me from beginning to end. They checked in on me, held my hand every step of the way. I thought this process was going to be super stressful and unpleasant. But because of this team, the hardest part was simply me finding the right home! Everything that I imagined would be difficult was a breeze thanks to these amazing people!! I literally closed on my house 43 days from going under contract !
