Overall a great company to go with when buying a home. There are some not so good reviews out there that got us a bit nervous. We had some obstacles to overcome in order to get our loan but if you get them the documents they need in a timely manner you will be fine. Be upfront and honest about everything and they will get you to the finish line if there is a way. We are extremely happy we went with Veterans United.
Andy and Donna had the communication on point! This is our 2 round through Veterans United and this time was better because communication was improved. We were kept in the loop of next steps and expectations for all parties involved. Seamless process!

I suggest that you extend the amount of time that is made available to borrows to lock in a rate where new construction projects come into play.
They take care of Veterans and it’s an easy process not like other mortgage companies that require a quart of blood and 10 DNA samples from you. They also have the best rates and are all about protecting the Veteran.
