I will undoubtedly remember how much help my team was thank you
Veterans United made our first house purchase simple and less stressful. They took care of all the administrative paperwork, provided a simple "To do list", and kept us in the loop during every significant step of the process. I would highly recommend Veterans United to all who serve, friends, and family.
They are awesome and they work with you in a way that you feel comfortable and know you are in good hands.
Started as a good experience until I had an offer accepted. From that point on it was a mess. It got to the point that I was genuinely surprised I was still able to buy the home. The underwriter was being so analytical as to question individual days of my work history despite ample paperwork, pay information, employer information, etc. Some employees seemed to leave the office early frequently despite knowing I was on an accelerated closing timeline. Paperwork that was submitted within hours of being requested wasn't reviewed or approved until weeks after submission. Most egregious of all, Veterans Untied as a company was unaware of a critical VA loan rule change about using cash offer programs which led to a nightmare of fees and contract amendments and well as missing two separate closing dates.Credit where is due, the loan finally got approved, but it was a massively stress inducing process that never should have happened the way it did. I do not recommend active/prior service to use Veterans United for their VA loan needs.
