Interest rates and loan origination fee super high. I know you can’t change the rates but consider lowering the fee.Other than that, great service and transparency.There wasn’t a section to comment on my loan coordinator Michael Nickels - I just wanted to say he was awesome and on top of it, transparent and always quick to reply. Additionally, I appreciate the gifts that were sent to my home, especially the welcome mat. Josh and Max made me feel as if they really cared and that I was appreciated as a client. I would recommend them to anyone who is in search of a home. On a scale from one to ten, I would enthusiastically give them a ten without a doubt.
Mariah Dejonge was also so helpful. She made sure I understood everything I needed. She was like the perfect helper! I want to say thank you to everybody that helped me!
I had my doubts when applying to an online Veterans home loan.
But WOW! Truly an amazing experience from start to finish, we cannot say enough for all the hardwork everyone put in, we closed in less than 30 days!!
And to top it off, the sellers agent did not want to work with Veterans United and almost cost the seller a deal.
