The whole team from top to bottom was incredible . Made me feel cared for like family . Looked out for all of my interests by constantly keeping me aware of all updates and changes .

Possibly improving the amount of forms, and how they are handed out. Everyday it seemed like another form was needed. To me it would have been easier to send all the forms at once to get everything done and turned back in in a more timely manner. Other than that great experience and would highly recommend to others. I will use Veterans United again.

They never told me about the Veteran's united fee being tacked onto the loan. I would have rather paid that out of pocket instead of a 30 year loan. Thought it was very unprofessional.

Aimee and my real-estate professional, Christina, worked flawlessly together. VU and Aimee are so organized that I rarely had to resubmit anything because the instructions given were so clear. Aimee is extremely knowledgeable and helped me take advantage of all financial opportunities i could get. In fact, I left with more money at the closing table than each of the real estate agents earned in commissions. That's no exaggeration and Aimee did all of the work or helped me navigate the financial world. I have always paid close attention to my personal finances in hopes of getting a decent deal or to not be taken advantage of during major transactions like this. You might imagine my excitement when I was paired with someone who actually put my years of hard work to practice and gave me all the resources I didn't even know I had earned. The best I expected was just making a smooth transaction by being organized, never would I have imagined how awesome my closing table would be.

Not only will I recommend VU and Aimee to all my friends and family but I would put special emphasis to those folks who have worked hard to keep their finances in line. It's people like us who stand the biggest reward when Aimee and her team actively find best circumstances.

The only thing I didn't like was submitting some of the same paper work twice. It's a waste of time and paper. Things don't change that much in 30-45 days.

Rylan, Tony, and the entire crew makes it easy because of the integrity and accuracy of their process. They can actually "look you in the eyes" and give you the honest answers (whether positive or negative).

Andrew Beckett and Andrew Garton was nice but i did not like Max Carratura's attitude many times. There were two major incidents that happened that were horrible. One was i called in months earlier to tell them where we were buying a home the area of the woodlands, in Houston, Texas. They continuously thought i was buying a house in Georgia and every time i called i had to tell them that i was buying a house in texas. i needed to look at homes to buy in my price range so Max told me what my price range was based on the property tax rate in the area i told him we were buying in. We spent months looking at homes..MONTHS.....that way when we flew 1000 miles from Augusta, GA to Texas then we would have the best houses to look at in the 2 days we had to look at homes. He had no idea what the property tax rate was and we didn't know to tell him how to do his job so luckily our real estate agent caught on one day before we left on our flight and told us that it was wrong. we called back and he didn't even apologize and acted like it wasn't his fault so we had to pick out 30 cheaper houses in our new price range on the flight down there. it was a disaster. Next we come to the purchase process. I gave the team everything that they asked for and in the end they stalled for 2 weeks before we were going to move 1000 miles to Texas. We didn't even have a home to go to! I have a 6 month old baby and it was absolutely the most stressful thing in my entire life. They asked for 7 different letters from my employer verifying my employment and that we were opening a new office in TX. they wouldn't even accept the lease to our office. They continuously told me that they had to verify the business by Google Search. That doesn't even make any sense. They wouldn't even take our website with the new address on it. finally i had to send off for the business license and they accepted that after i don't know how long. I have never seen anything like this in my whole life but a lot of people were made angry, worried, stressed, depressed, filled with anxiety and confused. No one is happy when they hear the word Veterans United. I think Andrew beckett and garton are nice guys but the team as a whole it seemed like didn't have any communication with the underwriters. everytime they asked for something, we provided it and then they said it wasn't good enough. We had so much time to get all of these ridiculous questions answered.

Excellent service with this staff. VU pushes your potential as well as there's to strive for the new home buying experience. If I had to do this all over again I would. I feel proud to serve this country, as I would do it again all over in a heartbeat

It was an intimidating experience buying my first home but the experience of my loan officer and real estate agent helped ease my nerves. They were also available at all times to answer questions. The dedication and tenacity of my loan officer helped secure our home in a multiple offer situation.
