VU gives the best experience you could ever find. Being that im a Vet, it made it that much easier. They will make sure to push hard to get you to your closing date. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting there dream home.

Very encouraging and patient with me.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy their first home, Nick's team made this process stress free.

Based on my experience I can say that I would recommend Veterans United because of how they take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the way things are going and are willing to explain with as much detail as needed to help the customer decide what they want to do. It's these attributes that helped me with my loan and I believe any veteran who is considering buying, refinancing, or selling, they need to contact Veterans United first.

Would use again.

I am a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Nevada, The service provided by Joe and Abby was wonderful, they stayed in contact and the portal they use for the loan process was so easy to use. Erik and Ron were our Real Estate Agents and I could not have asked for a better fit, Both very attentive and took great care of us during the entire transaction. Even through the bumps that come up often in real estate transactions. I would highly recommend this entire group. If you have a choice to choose your lender and agent combination, this is the winning combination for sure.

They are easy to work wit and we got a very good rate and terms

It started out great and communication was great at the beginning before getting into contract on a house. When first talking to him I was told one rate, was never asked if I wanted to lock that rate in. And as law of nature would have it the rates went up. once I was in contract on the house, attempting to call him and him answering became like trying to call a person who just screens their calls to get out of talking to them. I would email, or use the text line they had, and it would be hours after the fact or the next day before anything was heard back from him. And everything was sent well before their end of business hours. Was told numerous times he would call and go over the final closing disclosure, only to get the final CD less than 24 hours before closing. Even then no call, it was the next morning when I got an email that just stated what closing cost was going to be and what my monthly payment would be. Prior to that happening, the rate I got locked into was finally locked after the rates had gone up again. It took numerous calls to find out why I was never offered the ability to lock rates, and to this day I still don't know. But when the rates went up a second time, he emailed saying his company would pay for the points to lower it. The first CD he sent didn't show that at all. So imagine my worry that it wouldn't end up on the Final CD. Terrible communicator, especially for a first time home buyer. I got more info from my agent and my partner than him. And I feel I got more explanations of stuff From Abbie the Loan Coordinator than him. Perusing the reviews he has, numerous people talk about his communication. Its apparently still an issue that has not, and probably will not, get fixed
