Our entire process from start to finish was unprofessional, frustrating, and riddled with inaccuracies and overage in charges and fees. Our loan officer, Jon Williams, was difficult to get ahold of, unprofessional in both email and over the phone. Our loan officer, Jon Williams, missed several credits due to us, attempted to double charge fees, and charged us well over the 1percent fees mandated for VA loans, added tons of fictitious debts, and even had us marked with no military affiliation even though it was a VA loan (just to name a few items). Every step was a battle of us quoting the Veterans United website to our loan officer before he would attempt to make changes. Also, We did NOT receive the closing documents 72 hours in advance for review. When received the day of closing hours after our scheduled appointment time, the documents were completely wrong and took 2 days and 5 edits to get it to what we believe is correct, which delayed closing. Overall, horrible experience and will NOT recommend Veterans United to any active duty or disabled vets. This company showed exactly how a company attempts to take advantage of this population that has served our Country.

Veterans United did an amazing job throughout the entire process and were able to help/answer all of my questions very quickly. Highly recommend to any and all veterans!

Use this service. You won't regret it.

Easiest close process we have ever gone through. Would definitely recommend Veterans United and Mark Dischert and his team!

I heartily recommend Veterans United to any other vets out there looking to purchase a home. They provide excellent service and support

Great interest rates! Great service!

Veterans United has been extremely helpful and communicative throughout this home buying process with very few speed bumps. Whitnee Dolce has been an immeasurable asset as a realtor, providing tailored customer service and prompt response to emails, phone calls and texts. She has exceeded my personal expectations of a realtor and ranks amongst the top in my personal experience having purchased multiple properties. Thanks to her, I was able to begin closing process on an investment property within 1 month of house hunting on a house that appraised above my home bid price. Thank you VeteransUnited and Whitnee Dolce for all your hard work and commitment.

Sean you are the greatest.

I went to my bank to refinance and they did not show me love as a customer. I never could get my finance rep. on the phone and they never gave me a everything is going to be okay feeling. I loved working with this Team. I was referred by my church Deacon, and now I’m going to listen to everything he says.(lol).

The communication with Veterans United is great, everyone we worked with are great folks. Would highly recommend!

VU called and offered to refi and drop our interest rate so we decided to do it. The process was super simple and our team that handled it were great. Both the buying process and refi was amazing for us because we didn't really have to do much. Just open a few emails and E-sign a few things. They made buying a house easy

I would just say be careful when buying homes fro commercial corporations ie. Open Door, Zillow etc. They buy homes and then just resell them. We had to get a couple of repairs prior to closing. And they did the repairs, however, it seemed they just did the “surface”. But they did them. We bought a home sold thru OpenDoor and they were a little slow in getting the needed inspection reports to Veterans United. Just be wary.

That was a great experience for me. I had a good team . And I can’t wait to work with them in the future

We are so glad we went with Veterans United. Very easy process and everyone was helpful and friendly and the interest rate was great! Highly recommend!!
