My whole team was absolutely amazing!My Loan Officer Matt LaTorre laid out everything very clearly and went over my options with me and made sure that I had all of the information that I needed to be successful in my home purchase!Marty and Kayla in the Lighthouse division who helped me get my credit updated quickly to get me to the next level. They worked on my account as if it was their own and I am so thankful for that!And, last but not least, my Loan Coordinator Amy! She worked with the underwriter and Matt to make sure that my paperwork went through smoothly!Everyone was ALWAYS quick to answer my questions and return my calls and emails. It’s so refreshing to have such great communication! With their dedication, we went from application to Clear to Close in 23 days!

your team needs a review in customer service. I explained multiple times to my supposed "loan Specialist" exactly what I expected. I also explained that bad news is a good thing. If something cannot be done then we can figure out a way to fix it. I work in customer service/sales in the mechanical field and if i treated my customers like this id be out of a job. continually being told "What I wanted to hear" instead of the truth up front makes me wish I would have never done business with you folks.
