your team needs a review in customer service. I explained multiple times to my supposed "loan Specialist" exactly what I expected. I also explained that bad news is a good thing. If something cannot be done then we can figure out a way to fix it. I work in customer service/sales in the mechanical field and if i treated my customers like this id be out of a job. continually being told "What I wanted to hear" instead of the truth up front makes me wish I would have never done business with you folks.
