I would not recommend Veteran’s United if you’re a first time homebuyer. They seem to act too busy to give any attention to their clients unless you complain. It feels like you’re more of a number than a client. Even after explaining something multiple times, they will have proved to have ignored you when it comes time to sign things at closing. Their emails convey to the customer that you are nothing more than a paycheck. In no way through the process was I made to feel comfortable.
