

Overall, I am very impressed and grateful to all staff at VU who helped out. I absolutely love the house and beyond blessed. Very beautiful home and base of operation for me and my daughter - I won't let you guys down either. Amazing communication from all, beyond respectful, and appreciate the super easy process for a 1st time home buyer. I know there was a ton of backend work for me, but from my end - you guys all made it too smooth and during the process I was confident you guys would reach out if there were problems, needed more information, etc.I gave a overall 9/10 due to the final closing process. 100% understand it does not fall on VU but very sloppy and unorganized title company. Quite a few last minute changes from seller, etc. I was fortunate I was not kicked out of my residence or paying for hotel - moving forward this could be a huge problem for another veteran and wanted to just bring up.Thank you guys so much, it honestly means the world to me and my daughter. It still does not feel real and serious welcome anytime to say hello if in the area. Please reach out if you need more clarification or info on anything discussed above.

My wife and I got our first house but wouldn’t want to go through that experience again definitely felt unsure if we was getting the place and wasn’t explained well or at all about every process so we never knew what was going on.
