Even though I had bought property before, the VA loan process as well changes in standard loan documents made this more like a totally new experience. Pros: the internet rates are fantastic and the online portal is a breeze to use.Cons: there was a lot of back and forth regarding additional documents and additional inspections that were needed to complete our refinance.
