Listen Vets! This is a tier 1 company. Their customer service in my opinion is unmatched. I'm a 10 year Army Vet and this was my first home. I was pre approved in minutes and started looking for a home 2 days later. I ultimately found and closed on my home in a little over a month. These guys walk you through every step of the loan process from helping you find a realtor to helping you plan your move, set up your cable and utilities and even an alarm system. All I did was upload a few documents and found a house. Very convenient. Never stepped in an Office. Super easy Process.

I had assumed the home buying process would be a long, paperwork filled, multiple meeting time, intrusive experience. This, however, was not the case. This team was on point with most of my concerns. Everything was quick, very user friendly and they took care of everything. In this case it was a well oiled machine, no need to know the ins and outs. That’s very nice with a large family, school and work. I would definitely recommend Veterans United with Scott Jessip.
Veterans United helped me get through the process of getting a home easy ,but I do have to say to really do your homework before you do go house hunting.make sure your real estate agent helps you as well and really check inspection.i have to say i now own a home but it's been a nightmare due to plumbing issues since day 1 and not being able to use bathrooms drains and toilets backed up and shower actually cleans bedroom floor after you shower .it's been a hot mess like I really would like to say alot of bad things but it's not veterans United fault it's more of buyer beware it really sucks but I have to home.i hope I was able to help you not make the same mistakes.
